Episode 016: Movement and Mindset - An Interview with Happiness Expert Christy Joy

Apple | Spotify | Stitcher

Christy Joy. We call her a happiness expert, and you will too after listening to this interview. Christy focuses on movement, connecting movement with mindset, and discovering a WHY that moves you to move. As she says in this interview; "Your Why Should Make You Emotional"

We do take a moment to directly connect her philosophy to the life habits of persons with Down syndrome, but the entirety of this conversation is applicable. Christy replaces the word "exercise" with "movement to help shift the mindset on having a healthy mind-body connection. She even invites you to become friends with your movement.

I highly encourage you to RUN to her Instagram and diligently watch for her "One Minute of Happy" live stream. It's a daily mindset shift that we all need. This conversation is inspiring, and we're so excited to share it with you. Find us on Instagram and share how you incorporate movement into your daily life!
